What is rotary rinser / blower:

Rotary rinser / blower is equipment suitable for cleaning inside empty containers before they are filled. The rinser / blower machines can perform, depending on the need, the blowing or washing the inside of the containers so as to ensure their complete internal cleaning.

How it works:

Process begins when the grippers adjust its height as the bottles pass by. The bottles coming from the conveyor belt are positioned in correspondence with the grippers that firmly seize the bottles around the neck and bottles are lifted to carousel (Heavy bottles are lifted from the base with the help of a support).

During the rotation of the carousel, the grippers are overturned and guided to the nozzle washing level (nozzle goes inside the bottles).

After bottles finish cleaning process solenoid valve shut off the rinsing fluid, automatically stops the flow every time the machine comes to a halt, and reactivates it when it is restarted.

A second rinsing or blowing cycle is also available, the so-called double treatment. After rinsing, the “dripping” phase takes place which ends when the gripper starts to once again rotate downwards by placing the bottles in the star which will bring them back onto the conveyor belt, towards the filling turret.

Rinsing machines is designed to clean containers such as: PET bottles, glass bottles, jars, cans.
