How It Works:

Process begins when layer palletiser picks up the empty pallet and place it where items will be stacked. Then items are bundled in layers by conveyor belt. After the layers are prepared gripper lift them and with swift and precise movements, places them on the pallet and insert the interlayers in between.  At the end pallet is wrapped manually or automatically by wrapping equipment.

Application: Layer palletizers are used for stack products on pallet such as various size cases, bags, cans and wrapped items.
