The main technology of Reepack is directed to the preservation and protection of any kind of food, fresh or cooked, in a preformed trays. An extensive range of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic heat-sealing machines offering throughputs from 3 up to 240 packs per minute. All machines in our range are capable of sealing only or modified atmosphere. The packages are produced by sealing top and tray together in the sealing die. Different kinds of material are used for different purposes as PP, PE, PS, C-PET, A-PET, EPP, EPET, Cardboard, Alu etc. However, since they are not usually able to meet all the requirements of the many applications, they are usually combined to make laminates with different thickness. A careful selection of the various mono-films combined between let to achieve the required properties.
