How It Works:

The electronic volumetric uses flow-meter technology with each filling valve, this device gauges the flow of product that is being poured into the bottle; once the correct volume has been detected, the flow-meter signals the valve to close.

There is two types of electronic volumetric filling types:

• Mass flow-meter (ideal for products with conductivity lower than 30μS/cm);
• Magnetic flow-meter (ideal for product with conductivity higher than 30μS/cm).

Application:

• Containers:

PET bottles, glass bottles.

• Products:

Milk, sauce, syrups, still water, carbonated water, juice, etc...

Advantages:

• Contactless filling to achieve high hygiene level;
• Low maintenance cost thanks to mechanical parts reduction.
