Seal inspection
Many food products are packed in a closed environment with gas mixtures to prevent contamination and ensure that the packed food keeps its original appearance, nutrients, taste and shelf life.
Seal Contaminations. Food, oils and spices etc. getting stuck in the seal during the welding process is a common error, which can cause leakages and contaminate the food.
Wrinkled Foil. It happens that topfoil during the welding process wrinkles. This can cause tunnel leakages compromising the preserving atmosphere of packages and the packaging appearance.
