How It Works: Process begins when items comes to the palletiser from conveyor belts. Then they are picked up from conveyor belt by robot head and placed on pallet one item at the time. At the end pallet is wrapped manually or automatically by wrapping equipment.  There are different types of pick and place heads according items you want to palletise:

• Pliers Picking up Head (Picking-up heads for boxes);
• Combined picking up head A (Picking-up heads for cans and boxes);
• Picking-up heads for cans;
• Combined Picking up Head B (Picking-up heads for bags, boxes and bundles);
• Suction Picking up Head.

Application: Robot pick and place palletising equipment are used for stack products on pallet such as various size cases, bags, cans and wrapped items. Advantages:

• Easy to use;
• Small foot print;
• very versatile.
