Five steps of mould creation:
- Design and consultancy. Designs of new concepts, ergonomics with eye-catching lines and functional solutions.
- Prototyping. The sample prototyping service allows the client to see, in a short period of time, the final product and test it directly on their lines thanks to the big quantity of bottles that can be blown in record time.
- Laboratory test and R&D. Test verify if the container meets all legal requirement, capacities and contractual specifications.
- Production and customizing of the moulds. Moulds are produces for any type of container and blowing machine.
- Startup assistance and training. The assistance given to the client consists of:
- Providing the necessary support for installing and implementing the new bottles in the production line till the complete industrialization of the product;
- Favouring the setting of the parameters during the blowing process;
- Providing the precise training on the performance of materials to make the client choose the resins and preforms independently.
