Vacuum filling
How it works:
When Filling nozzle inserted into an empty bottle, the sealer seals the bottle and air in the bottle is pulled out by vacuum pump. The vacuum in the bottle then sucks liquid into the bottle. When the bottle is full and reaches the pre-set filling level, the filling nozzle bypasses the product into the collection tank where product will be transferred back to storage tank.
There is two types of vacuum filling machines:
- Rotary;
- Linear.
