How It Works:

Process begins when bottle is placed under filler nozzle, then product start flow to the bottle till weight cells at the filler determine whether a bottle meets the minimum pre-set weight requirements and the exact net fill weight of every container. Any container not meeting standards is marked for rejection.

There is two types of weight filling machines:

• Rotary;
• Linear.

Containers:

PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, jars, plastic containers.

Products:

Alcohol, creams, oils, perfumes, sauce, chemicals etc…
