The PHI 350 machine vertically portions various types of round, square and rectangular cheeses. The PHI 350 contains a portioning set that consists of a cutting frame and a die section. The portioning set is configured and produced to customer requirements. The machine can portion cheeses into a maximum of 50 cheese portions.
