What is linear rinser / blower:

Linear rinser / blower is equipment suitable for cleaning inside empty containers before they are filled. The rinser / blower machines can perform, depending on the need, the blowing or washing the inside of the containers so as to ensure their complete internal cleaning.

How it works:

During the path inside the machine, the container turns 180° and is turned over and placed with its opening facing downwards to be ready to receive the relative treatment. Blowing inside the container occurs, as required, by means of a number of nozzles on the lower part of the blower machine, with filtered air thanks to an electric blower or internal washing with directly powered water so as to remove any pieces of glass and/or impurities.

Continuing along its path, the container rotates another 180° and is straightened. It is released by the two rubber pads in line with the curved outlet belt and simultaneously rested on the conveyor chain to reach the filling phase.

Application:

Rinsing machines is designed to clean containers such as: PET bottles, glass bottles, jars, cans.
