The fully automatic SIGMA KKR-300-2 shreds soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses. To increase production capacity, the shredding line can be fitted with two cheese shredders. This will double production capacity. The machine processes pre-cut blocks of cheese into shredded cheese. Shredding drums are available for virtually all shapes and sizes of shredded product required; inlcuding for Feta and Parmesan cheese. The machine can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a fully-fledged shredding line.
