This machine offers the advantage of a thoroughly automatized cycle, dispensing with the presence of an operator. The frame is entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304, with thick tubes and shaped plates. Hatches giving access to the inside of the machine allow complete inspection. The containers are carried on a polypropylene belt, sliding on an idle roller, while the heating or cooling are obtained by showering nebulized water. At the exit end the containers are dried by an electric fan. The automatic thermoregulation unit, connected with a special instrument on the electric panel, ensures constant temperature inside the tunnel. The stainless steel frame is calendered all over, while the quality of the materials and the construction accuracy guarantee long duration and reliability. The pasteurizing and cooling cycle, as well as the dimensions of the different sections of the machine, can be varied according to the requirements of the different customers.
