The SIGMA R-400-300 is a fully automatic cheese shredding line for large volumes of up to approx. 2,000 kg/h. The shredding line consists of a cheese cubing machine (SIGMA RB-400), a cheese shredder, a powder dosing system (SIGMA PD-90), a mixing drum (SIGMA PM-5000), a control cabinet, touch panel, line control and hygienic conveyor belts which are installed between the individual machines.
