To ensure perfect pasteurizing, Tecnopool has developed sophisticated systems which incorporate, in addition to the insulated rooms – developed and built to guarantee the products being processed reach the correct temperature within the specified time – the T-Worth conveying system.
This conveying system which ensures greater flexibility thanks to the possibility of operating in high temperatures without problems is integrated with the pasteurizing line which mounts a convection heating system guaranteeing the product is heated in a uniform manner regardless of the moisture content.
